Story

Brazilian roots,
European branches.

I grew up in Brazil and spent 12 years building a career across fintech, healthcare, and tech. People, strategy, and how organizations actually work have always been my thing.

I've been through hypergrowth, post-merger chaos, and large-scale change. I've seen what happens when organizations try to force growth. I help them let it happen instead.

Today I'm based in Hamburg, working across Europe and Latin America. Still learning something new every cycle.
